What Products Do We Accept?

Winter Gear:

Accepted During September-March

Alpine, AT, and Cross Country skis or snowboards, ski and snowboard boots, snowboard bindings, poles, and snow boots. For apparel we take ski and snowboard pants, outer shell and puffy jackets, base layer shirts and pants, fleeces, beanies, buffs, mittens, gloves, and lightly used helmets.

Summer Gear:

Accepted During April-August

Bikes, bike bags and gear, paddle boards, kayaks, and life vests. Camp gear including tents, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, camp chairs, hammocks, camp cooking gear, day packs and backpacking packs. Shoes including sandals, trail running and hiking shoes. Summer apparel including tank tops, hiking shorts, hiking pants, fleeces, sun hats, bike jerseys, bike shorts, windbreakers, and rain jackets.

Seasonal Team sports Gear:

Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Hockey, etc

 

Consignment Fee for Safety Checks and Tunes

  • $25 Bike Safety Check
  • $10 Ski/Snowboard Tune
  • $5 Tent Assessment

 

What Products Do We Not Accept?

We cannot accept underwear, swimsuits, socks, bladders, mugs, sunglasses, electronics, and bike frames. Our team is realistic when accepting gear; if it is not in good condition to be resold, older than 10 years, or if we don’t think we can move it, we won’t accept it into the shop.

Some other items we are not accepting:

  • Weapons
  • Fitness Equipments i.e Treadmill
  • Weights

SMR reserves the right to not accept an item due to season or inventory load.
